What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, atkp.dev. It does not cover any other website or product.

What we collect

The only place on this website where you can give us data is the contact form. When you send it, we receive what you provide: your name, your email address, the service you are interested in, and your project description.

Alongside your message, we receive a few technical details provided by your browser: your browser and device type, your language setting, the site that referred you, your screen size, your time zone, and a random identifier generated in your browser for the duration of your visit. That identifier is not a cookie, is not stored beyond your visit, and cannot be used to follow you across visits.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

We use your enquiry solely to understand what you need and to respond. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling incoming business enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as necessary to handle them and to keep a record of our communication. Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at contact@atkp.dev and we will do so.

Storage and sharing

Your enquiry is stored in a database operated for us by Supabase, and this website is hosted by Vercel. These providers act, as applicable, as processors on our behalf or as infrastructure providers, and may engage their own sub-processors to deliver their services. Application data is stored in the region configured for our Supabase services. Where our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, those transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

We do not disclose your data to anyone else, except the providers necessary to operate the service and where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@atkp.dev and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date. Material changes will be described rather than made silently.
